Hewett Club Seminars

The Hewett Club presents a number of speakers throughout each school year. Lectures span a wide range of topics relevant to the Earth and Planetary Sciences and usually last between one and two hours depending on the number of questions. Lectures are usually scheduled every Tuesday at 3:10 p.m. in Winston Chung Hall 138. Lectures are free of charge. All are welcome and encouraged to attend.

GEO 250 Seminars

Oral reports by graduate students, faculty, and visiting scholars on current research topics in geological sciences. Selected faculty will present talks on their current research during Fall quarter. Continuing graduate students will present talks on their current research during Winter/Spring and new graduate students will present their talk on their current research during the end of Spring quarter.
